His background includes executive leadership in builder divisions, operational oversight at the enterprise level, and regional leadership responsibilities overseeing multi-billion-dollar production. He has consistently combined strategic vision with hands-on execution, earning recognition as both a top-producing originator and a trusted leader across diverse markets. Tim began his career in housing finance in 1997 and previously worked as a Financial Accountant after earning both a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah. Tim and his wife Amber have four children. You will find them traveling the US and globe as often as time affords.
